Logistics procedure for loading or unloading pallets:

• Driver announces the load to deliver or collect at the reception
• The reception informs the forklift driver and sends driver to the correct door/dock
• Driver locks vehicle on arrival at Flection and retains keys to prevent unauthorised use.
• Forklift driver checks transport documentation and compares with Flection logistic planning (loadnumber, salesorder number) compares the number of pallets with the schedule
• Loading or unloading of pallets
• Driver has to stay in close distance of the truck and forklift driver
• Waybill is signed and handed over to logistics

When it’s not possible to load or unload immediately, the driver can get a visitors
badge, is registered and can wait at the canteen.
