Prior to receiving equipment designated for reuse or recycling we assign a unique order number to each collection. All serialized equipment is provided with Flection bar codes (RFE number).  Specifications of all processor-based IT equipment are automatically detected and filed in our central ERP system (asset appraisal)

Flection uses the latest technologies and software (Blancco Pro, www.blancco.com) and guarantees 100% safe and reliable data removal. Our procedure for removal of data from hard drives supports at least 10 international standards for data removal, among which are DOD 5220.22.M and HMG Infosec No. 5. All hard drives which do not meet our test standards are destroyed (hard disks will be schreddered and other media (such as tapes) will be degaussed). Detailed reports (per serial number) will be presented as proof.

Prepare for extended use (reuse)

All hardware is tested and owners identification marks, such as stickers and labels are isolated and removed. A full cosmetic check is performed to identify any missing parts and the equipment is thoroughly cleaned after any necessary repairs.

We hold stock of (spare) parts in order to repair non-complete and or defective assets.
